First off, I am beyond honored to be guest blogging and meeting you and all of the other beautiful souls a part of this wonderful community Chris has been fostering.
I don’t believe in coincidences, and meeting him was no exception. I’m thankful for his gifts and insights as a medium and spiritualist, and for all of the love and support amongst our online communities.
Early Spiritual Experiences
Since childhood, I’ve had the ability to see into spiritual realms and interact with angelic beings, deceased loved ones, and otherworldly creatures.
These experiences fueled the creative spark within me and were a major factor in my love for writing and storytelling.
A big piece of my journey, though, was overcoming the fear associated with these spiritual gifts and unwinding what I was taught during my religious upbringing in order to fully embrace this core piece of who I am.
Beginning the Esoteric Path
When I first began taking my esoteric path seriously in 2011, I honestly had no idea what I was in for. Just like Frodo at the beginning of The Lord of the Rings, or any other magickal epic adventure story, I heard the call, I saw glimpses of wisdom and truth, and I embarked on what would become the journey of a lifetime for me (and spoiler alert: I’m still on it…).

Discovering Esoteric Mysteries
My path started with an introduction to esoteric mysteries that revealed answers to questions I had asked since girlhood.
They validated the paradoxical nature of our existence and brought a healing to my spirit that was incredibly freeing.
This process is what brought me into the roles of Wisdom Mystic and Esoteric Educator, and I owe my gratitude to the great goddess, Astarte, who you may know as Spirit, Universe, God/Goddess, Mother, or countless other names.
For many years, I spent every single night of the week hosting in-person meetings at our house or virtual meetings online to help others find their way on this same hidden path to wisdom through her.

Writing and Following Divine Guidance
When I prepared to go to college, I knew writing was going to be foundational to who I would become, but Astarte’s audible divine voice instructed me to “protect their gift of writing” and to not study writing as my major because it would “re-shape the gift they had given me.”
So, two undergrad degrees and a graduate degree later, which obediently did not pertain to writing, I had a solid education in graphic design, fine art, advertising, and film production.
This fueled me in the screenwriting spaces, and I ultimately launched my own media company to help other brands tell their stories, all of which I loved, but I kept coming back to the urgency of writing about the esoteric wisdom that was so critical to my path and helping others on their journeys as well.

Near-Death Experience and Becoming a Death Practitioner
In 2018, I felt strongly that it was time to start publishing my personal works.
I could feel things were pivoting and it was time to truly step into the fullness of being an author writing on spiritual topics—but it wasn’t in the way I expected. Practically overnight, I went from being perfectly healthy to quite literally being on death’s doorstep.
An emergency flight from my Christmas vacation in Chicago to my home in Dallas transported me from the magick of the season to the ER.
I could barely walk, and I had severe chills, back pain, high fever, headache, nausea, and everything in between.
Countless scans, tests, and lab work revealed I had sepsis from an infection in and around my kidneys and female organs and it had already entered my bloodstream meaning the likelihood of survival was low.
It was in this hospital, with a near-death experience, where I came face to face with an otherworldly entity who offered me a package.
An exchange, if you will, to continue living, if I would truly help others in similar situations, whether they be on death’s door, already passed but not yet crossed over, or needing some type of comfort and closure—and ever since, I’ve been learning what this role as a Death Practitioner truly means for me and others.

Astarte’s Temple
Today, I’m honored to run Astarte’s Temple, which features multiple “rooms” that allow me to share all of these different pieces of who I am in service of others.
The Study
The Study — This “room” of the temple features multiple courses where spiritual practitioners can learn about healing, magick, wisdom, and more. The courses include lessons, quizzes, downloadable resources, and are entirely self-paced making it simple to learn in a way that’s best for the individual.
The Apothecary
The Apothecary — This is the place for all things magickal for your journey. From hand-crafted crystal pendulums to dried herb blends, if you’re looking for metaphysical tools that are ethically-sourced and sound-cleansed, this is the place.
The Inner Court
The Inner Court — In the inner court, I offer healing and mediumship services, including tarot readings to help people connect to specific deities or spirit guides, and death practitioner services, including death magick, death work, and death walking.
The Foyer
The Foyer — Of course, my love for writing requires LOTS of blog articles, so the Foyer is where you can find articles to learn about spiritual topics and also my Unjaded Wisdom blog where I write about my personal supernatural experiences.
The Library
The Library — Lastly, but definitely not of least importance, is my beloved Library or Publishing House, where you can find all of my books. I have works of fiction, poetry, and non-fiction, with most titles available in paperback and ebook.
My newest publication is titled, The Mother of the Gods, and will be available July 16th on my website, and then will be dropping on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Books-a-Million shortly after.
